COURSES
  International Studies
AMA International School's ladderized International Studies Program aims to provide students with both foundation and core course skills necessary in understanding the dynamics of world politics and international relations. Knowledge in history, political science and economics, culture and language, as well as computer skills are emphasized to make the graduates function well in pertinent career situations.
The International Studies hones students as professional staff or managers/ analyst, faculty of tracks, political economy, policy implementation, and environmental issues – from the free electives list. This is to give them the freedom to adapt their course to changing international politics as they deem fit in consultation with their academic adviser.
A total of 45 units are taken in each stage or a total of 135 units for the entire BS International Studies Program.

  Diploma in International Studies

The Diploma in International Studies is a three trimester course that aims to provide students with a general foundation in history, political science, one foreign language favored in international communication including English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese. Basic Computer courses are also required to give them an edge in global career placement.

  Associate in International Studies

The Associate in International Studies is another three-semester course that serves as a logical continuation of the diploma course, and thus provides more advanced studies in the political and socio-cultural areas.

Bachelor of Arts in International Studies

The Bachelor of Arts in International Studies is the culmination of the prior Diploma and Associate programs and is designed for more intensive study of the international socio-political and economic scene, toward attainment of the Bachelor's degree. Such a degree can be used, among others for diplomatic work, in which case, graduate work may be necessary, or as a fulfillment of a pre-Law degree.
