The AMAIUB Employee Satisfaction Survey is an ongoing effort to obtain feedback from all employees, faculty and non-academic personnel of the University. Getting to understand the experiences and satisfaction of the employees in terms of University Vision-Mission and Direction, Empowerment, Leadership, Salary and Fringe Benefits, Employee Development, Facilities and Infrastructures and Policies and Procedures is vital in motivating the employees to contribute in the improvement of the different services that the University provides among the different stakeholders.
