Welcome to AMAIUB! As a staff, you will have many opportunities to interact with and utilize the technology resources on campus or virtually.

The Information Technology (IT) Office provides central technology services that support the staff in accomplishing their daily task and services.

About
ESSA

Employee Single Sign-on Access (ESSA) allows the staff to access services such as Moodle, E-Library and MyHRMS. ESSA registration is handled by the HRD and is issued to all staff members.

This is the staffs gateway to online plotting of schedules, leave application, OB application, viewing of attendance

@amaiu E-mail
This is a cloud-based email service powered by google. The staff email is accessible from PC’s, Mac, and mobile devices.

The staff needs to accomplish the network access requisition form from the IT department in order to have AMAIUB email..

Telecommunication
  • Telephone – The IT Office provides departments with telephone services which is in addition to traditional telephone landlines. This also includes Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone service using zoiper software.
  • Internet – The IT Office provides internet access to all staff using wired ethernet access, providing them with direct, fast access to the university network and world wide internet.

Computer Laboratories

The IT Office provides a campus computer lab that is available to the entire university. This lab is open to all AMAIUB students, faculty, and staff.

ID Card

ID Cards are issued to all staff members for them to have access inside university premises and use its facilities. The staff ID card is non-transferable under any conditions.

Replace a Lost ID Card

Below is the procedure to be followed:

  • Submit letter of request for replacement to HRD Head. HRD approves request after confirming identity of faculty.
  • The approved request will be presented  to Accounting where payment is done.
  • Then, the approved request and OR will be presented to IT where the ID will be replaced.
  • The letter of request will be collected by IT. The OR should be marked with date and signed by the IT staff who processed the replacement. Then, the ID replacement will be issued to the student
Computer and Printer

Information Technology Office provides computer for all AMAIUB staff and printer per department to accomplished their task and services to student and stakeholder.
