Information Technology Services (IT Services) provides central technology services to the AMAIUB, supporting staff in accomplishing their daily task and services..


Employee Single Sign-on Access (ESSA) which allows faculty to access services such as Moodle, E-Library and MyHRMS. ESSA are issued to all faculty members.

ESSA registration is handled by HRD.

@amaiu E-mail
A cloud-based email service powered by google. Staff email is accessible from PC’s, Mac, and mobile devices.

Staff need to accomplished the network access requisition form from the IT department in order to have AMAIUB email.

  • Telephone – Information Technology Office provides university departments with telephone services. In addition to traditional telephone landlines. We also offers Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone service using zoiper software.
  • Internet – Information Technology Office provides internet access to all staff using wired ethernet access, providing them with direct, fast access to the university network and world wide internet.

Computer Laboratories

Information Technology Office provides a campus computer lab that is available to the entire university. This lab is open to all AMAIUB students, faculty and staff.

ID Card

To provide Staff access inside university premises and use its facilities. Staff ID Card are issued to all staff member. Staff ID card is non-transferable under any conditions.

Replace a Lost ID Card

Below is the procedure to be followed:

  • Submit letter of request for replacement to HRD
    Head. HRD approves request after confirming identity of faculty.
  • Approved request will be presented  to Accounting where payment is done.
  • Approved request and OR will be presented to IT where the ID will be replaced.
  • Letter of request will be collected by IT. OR should be marked , ID issued together with date and signed by the IT staff who issued the ID replacement.
Computer and Printer

Information Technology Office provides computer for all AMAIUB staff and printer per department to accomplished their task and services to student and stakeholder.
