5.1 The guidance office coordinates with the Student Affairs Office and the Student Council Organization for the schedule and conduct of the orientation Program
5.2 The Guidance Office disseminates the holding of orientation program for new students and transferees.
5.3 The Guidance Office prepares the program of activities and assigns key person/s to carry out the activities. The activities include the presentation of the AMAIUB Administration, facilities and services of the University and all academic policies, and rules and regulations of the University.
5.4 The Orientation is conducted through series of short seminars presented by the guidance office in coordination with the other key staff of the university. These seminars covers course related matters, student services and procedures.
5.5 The Guidance Office provides students with student handbook that includes all the necessary information, rules and regulations of the University.
5.6 In the event that the student is not able to attend the orientation program, he/ she is required to meet with the Student Affairs Officer and make arrangement for an alternative orientation session.
